Taking steps to limit global warming by ending deforestation, etc. Consumers and society are part of a shared ecosystem. The long-term health of this ecosystem must be our top priority. We must prove ourselves to be good corporate citizens by introducing waste and pollution reduction processes. Serve the community by providing funds for schools, charities, and social programs. Manage to position employee actions towards the ambition of creative growth from the stakeholder’s perspective. Our products must represent the soul of Asia. For efficiency, we must utilize time for the intended task. Effective management promotes a high level of efficiency, exceptional use of resources such as workforce, raw material, cash, set-up. Improve the brand and reputation of the company. Grow production size to meet demand supply and market equilibrium. Increase productivity by installing tools and systems. In addition to expanding and improving business, dividends provided to stakeholders should be fair.

Human Objectives
